Youth Start is a confidential information, advice, counselling and support service for young people based in Rotherham Town Centre. We welcome all young people of secondary school age and young adults up to the age of 25.
What can we help with?
You can come to Youth Start for help with anything.
You may be worried about things at school, college, or home? You may be feeling stressed, anxious, angry, scared or really fed up? Maybe there is something going on in your life that is upsetting you?
Perhaps you are worried about someone else?
You may want to talk about boyfriends and girlfriends, sex and relationships, contraception, pregnancy or sexual health?
Whatever you need to talk about, no matter how big or small it may seem. You can talk to Youth Start.

What everybody at Youth Start does is listen to you.
We don’t judge you, criticise you, or try to tell what to do.
We will listen, explore what is going on in your life and help you to make decisions for yourself.
