BAY is a young people’s advice, information, support and counselling service. Bay is a project linked to Youth Start aiming to work with Black and Asian young people. The project offers help to young people from 11 up to 25 years old. The advice we give is confidential. The types of issues we assist young people which include contraception, benefits, forced marriages, family issues and many more. BAY also has access to counsellors from different backgrounds. To get in touch with us you can contact us by telephone, text or email and we will arrange a suitable time and place to meet with you. We can meet you at Youth Start, school, youth café or another place you will be comfortable with. If you need advice or support on anything, then contact us, we are here to help you. BAY at Oakwood Technology College A regular drop in session is held at Oakwood Technology College. These are held every Tuesday lunchtime between 11.55am to 2.20pm (except for schoolholidays). This service is available for young people at Oakwood Technology College. The drop in takes place in the room next to Student Support. |
