There are several different ways you can get help and support from us:

You can walk through the door during any of our Drop-In times listed here and talk to a member of staff in person about what is on your mind.  If you cannot make it to the Drop-In you can telephone us and ask for an appointment at a time to suit you.

Another way of contacting us is by telephone.  You can call us and talk through things or ask questions over the phone.

If you have been to Youth Start before and are contacting us by text or email then it would be helpful to us if you included your first name and date of birth in the message.  However, it is not essential as we will still reply to you.
